Roasted Tomato Sauce



My delicious, thick and rich Organic Roasted sauce is perfect for Pasta dishes, Lasagne, Meatballs, Roasted veggies, Shakshuka and more. I also add it to my meals instead of tinned tomatoes (and dilute it a bit). I needed a sauce that stays on the food, not at the bottom of the bowl. The sauce is roasted in the oven so most of the water from the tomatoes is gone, while the rich and sweet goodness is left. 



Ingredients: Organic tomato passata, organic garlic, organic CELERY, organic carrots, organic onions, kosher salt, black pepper, olive oil, SULPHATES

-Store in dry place away from direct sunlight

-Serves 5-6 people

-Suitable for vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes

-Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days
