This website is operated by Yovi`s Kitchen LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yovi`s Kitchen LTD. Yovi`s Kithen LTD offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
These are the terms and conditions on which our company Yovi`s Kitchen LTD supply products to you via our website (www.yoviskitchen.com). Please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions, as they include important information which applies to you.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering as these terms will apply to any orders you place.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
ORDERING & DELIVERIES
Currently, you can order meals from Yovi`s Kitchen LTD only via our website (www.yoviskitchen.com)
You have to agree with our Terms and Conditions before you can Check out.
Our ordering cut off time is 6pm on Friday (to get meals for the following week)
Allergen information for our meals is available on our Menu. It is your responsibility to make yourself familiar with them. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any food allergies. We use all 14 allergens in our kitchen!
It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided us with accurate and relevant information so your order can be delivered to you.
It is your responsibility to make sure that we or our contractors will have some car parking access as may be required to deliver your order.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you or an authorized person will be available at the location specified by you to receive the order at the allotted time.
If your payment is not authorized, your order will not be sent through and it will not be fulfilled.
Please make sure your cart does not have any items/products that are from previous weeks. If you checkout with such an item in your cart, we will be unable to deliver it and will give you a product of a similar value.
Before you place an order make sure you are familiar with our order and delivery days.
Single Delivery- delivery charge of £2.95 will apply at checkout unless you spend more than £70.00, then you will get a FREE DELIVERY
Two Deliveries- delivery charge of £5.90 will apply at checkout unless you spend more than £120.00, then you will get a FREE DELIVERY
We currently deliver to Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Bovingdon, Kings Langley, Chipperfield, Sarratt and Flaunden. We do not deliver to surrounding areas. If you are not based in these areas, please contact us to see if we would deliver to you. If you place an order before you have double-checked with us if we can deliver to you, you will be charged a transaction fee (3% of your total payment)
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know 24hrs before the delivery time. If you cancel your order, your payment will still be processed. We will process refunds within ten (10) working days.
You have the legal right to receive a refund or a replacement if you believe that any of our products are not fit for consumption or not as described. In this case, please contact us to discuss this further.
PRODUCTS
Our products are freshly prepared and although we try our best to be consistent shapes and sizes may vary.
We do use nuts in some of our products. It is your responsibility to make yourself familiar with the Allergens in each product. We cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free from any of the food allergens.
You can find the allergens in each meal on our Menu page. You will receive allergen information with each meal, plese make sure you are familiar with the allergens once you receive your meals.
We can prepare vegetarian food, however, we do not have a designated preparation or cooking area on our kitchen for vegetarian food only. If you have any dietary requirements or allergens, please make sure to let us know before you check out and we will take all reasonable steps to avoid any cross-contamination.
We are aiming to source all of our vegetables locally and to offer organic products to our customers, however, depending on the season and availability, we may not always be able to do so.
We are doing our best to select the best ingredients for our meals, however, if we sometimes are not happy with the quality, or cannot find a certain ingredient, we will purchase a similar ingredient or substitute it with something else.
DELIVERIES
We deliver on Mondays and Wednesdays between 16:00-18:30h in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Flaunden, Chipperfield, Sarratt, Kings Langley, Felden and Bovingdon. Our delivery service is currently free of charge.
Although we do our best to always be on time, sometimes this might not be possible due to the weather and traffic conditions.
PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any regulations and laws; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
